Are you a fully qualified teacher? Interested in supply work or tutoring? Then we want to hear from you. We are looking for qualified teachers to join our books to teach children, as and when required, in primary schools in Norfolk and Suffolk when their regular class teachers are unavailable.
Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Teaching children under the direction of the school and according to appropriate national curriculum guidelines.
- Undertaking marking as required.
- Complying with national and school-based policies regarding safeguarding children and health and safety.
- If a placement is longer than 4 weeks: to undertake the full range of professional duties e.g. attendance at staff meetings, playground supervision, assessment.
Overview
Q.T.R. provides supply teachers for a steadily growing number of schools, and most of these schools use us on a regular basis. We visit our client schools in order to get to know them well and understand their particular requirements. This enables us to place Q.T.R. Teachers carefully, and brief them fully if it is their first visit to a school. We take care in creating lasting supportive relationships with our teachers to ensure positive placements and experiences.
Education: Bachelor's or equivalent (required)
Experience: Minimum 1 year teaching (preferred)
Language: Fluent English (required)
Teachers with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) need only apply.
